AMCP’s Writing Circle is safe space for writers looking to create compelling stories for stage and screen. This small, intimate group of 12 writers max, will meet on a weekly basis to develop ideas, characters, and scripts. The group will also focus on workshopping outlines, beat-sheets and pitches. It doesn’t matter where you are in you own writing process, join us to read scenes and sequences aloud, spark your creativity with recommended readings and writing prompts, and discuss methods and styles to further improve your storytelling skills.

Next meeting will take place on Monday, June 7, at 7PM (ET) via ZOOM and will continue to do so every Monday of the month. The meetings will be hosted by writer, director, and producer, Ivi Uman. Each month, we will have a visit by industry professionals such as writers, directors, producers, and more! We do not want anyone to be left out of this experience for financial difficulties. There are scholarships and discounts available, please email us for more information at amcpny@outlook.com

Please keep in mind that all programs at AMCP are for educational and professional development purposes. Participating in any class or event is not a promise of employment.
